1025 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1025 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the 1025 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1025 ("Platform"). Acceptance of these Terms takes effect automatically when you:

Register a new account on the 1025 platform;
Logging in to an existing account;
Making deposits or withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR);
Participating in any games, betting, or entertainment activities available on the platform.

1025 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration and Security Responsibilities

Account Creation Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years to register and use the 1025 platform.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one account that is active. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1025 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Accounts registered using false or unlawful information will be terminated immediately without any compensation.

Account Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the password confidentiality their account.
Any activity that occurs through your account is deemed to be your own, unless you have immediately reported unauthorised access to the 1025 platform.
Users are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with any other party or allowing others to access their account.
1025 platform uses SSL encryption to protect your data; however, users are also responsible for ensuring that their devices are kept secure.

Platform Terms of Use

Users agree to use the 1025 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform;
Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the security systems of the 1025 platform;
Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity through the platform;
Sharing an account or transferring account balances to a third party without the platform's authorisation;
Abusing platform programmes or promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose;
Registering an account on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes without written authorisation from 1025;
Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content targeting other users through any communication feature on the platform.

1025 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Financial Transactions and MYR Payment Policy

All financial transactions on the 1025 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers.

Deposit

Deposits can be made using the methods available in the platform's Wallet section. Minimum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method.
1025 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user's account.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are subject to successful user identity verification. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 1025 account holder.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method. 1025 will make every effort to process valid withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe.
The platform reserves the right to reject or suspend withdrawals suspected of involving fraud or activity that violates these terms, pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other financial liabilities arising from their winnings or financial activities on the 1025 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

1025 platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, service disruptions, or data damage. The maximum liability of 1025 platform to any user shall not exceed the total account balance of that user at the time the claim is made. The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure against cyber threats beyond our reasonable control.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

1025 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. In confirmed cases of fraud, the platform reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account. Users whose accounts are suspended for reasons other than fraud may contact the support team for further clarification.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the 1025 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any intellectual property of the platform without explicit written consent from 1025.

Third-Party Links & Services

1025 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk and are encouraged to read the relevant third-party terms before using them.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Amendments to These Terms

1025 platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the Terms. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1025 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiations fail to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the rest of this document.
